   and motor control circuits
● Rectifiers in switch mode power
   supplies (SMPS)
● Inductive heating
● Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
● Ultrasonic cleaners and welders

● Avalanche voltage rated for reliable
   operation
● Soft reverse recovery for low
   EMI/RFI
● Low IRM reduces:
   - Power dissipation within the diode
