## Device Description
· CMOS integrated circuit for passive read/write RF-transponders (125kHz).
· 1kbit EEPROM:
- User-defined Read memory area for default output.
- User-defined Write protected words.
- User-defined Read protected words.
· 32-bit password for write and read protection (password is updatable but not readable).
· Fixed code anticollision ID and device identification (programmed and locked).
· Configurable start-up modes: Quiet or Standard read.
· Data transmission via amplitude modulation (ASK).
