The 2N6107 and 2N6111 are silicon PNP switching transistors designed for use in a wide variety of medium power switching and linear applications in industrial equipment.
They are available in a Jedec TO-220 plastic package and have absolute maximum ratings for collector-base voltage, collector-emitter voltage, collector current, base current, and total dissipation.
The transistors also have thermal resistance and various electrical characteristics such as collector cut-off current, collector-emitter saturation voltage, and small signal current gain.
The devices are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems without express written approval.
