# LDO_51 Low Dropout Voltage Regulator
## Overview
️· Low power, high PSRR regulator.
️· Designed for portable devices powered by single-cell Li-ion or multi-cell NiMH/NiCd batteries.
️· Typical applications: Cellular phones, PDAs, smartphones, portable equipment, and analog/mixed-signal power supply.

️· Input Voltage Range: 3V - 5.5V
️· Output Voltage: 2.8V
️· Dropout Voltage: 50mV (at 80mA load) / 170mV (guaranteed)
️· Output Current: 0.1mA - 80mA
️· Quiescent Current: 30µA (at 100µA load) / 130µA (at 80mA load) / 100nA (power down mode)
️· PSRR: 60dB (f < 10kHz) / 50dB (f < 100kHz)
️· Output Noise Voltage: 1.5 µV/Hz (100Hz) / 550 nV/Hz (1kHz) / 300 µV/Hz (100kHz)
