The BTN7930 is a high current PN half bridge integrated circuit designed for motor drive applications.
It features a low path resistance, low quiescent current, PWM capability, switched mode current limitation, and various protection functions such as overvoltage lock out, undervoltage shut down, and overtemperature protection.
The integrated driver IC makes it easy to interface with a microcontroller and provides diagnosis with current sense, slew rate adjustment, and dead time generation.
