GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The MA3001 is an Ultra-Low quiescent current, high accuracy, low noise, high PSRR, low
dropout voltage regulator. It also includes fast discharge function, EN pin enable control.
The current limit fold-back circuit operates as a short circuit protection function and can
limit the output current. The MA3001 consumes less than 1μA in shutdown mode, internal
soft-start time is about 200μs.
Output voltages are 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.3V. The MA3001 is available in SOT23-5L package.
