10. Characteristics
[1]
When the input supply fails, the voltage on VI can fall to zero. However, the voltage on VRS must be at least 1.3 V for the comparator to
operate and turn off the series power switch.

In the off-state, the majority of the supply current into VCC flows out of VI.
