Description

The STTH40200CHR is a monolithic dual rectifier assembled in a TO-254AA

hermetic package and screened to comply with the ESCC5000 specification for Rad-

Hard products. It is in addition tested in total dose rate and in single event effect. it is

ESCC qualified.

The ESCC Detail Specification for this device is available from the European Space

Agency web site. ST guarantees full compliance of qualified parts with the ESCC

Detailed Specification.
