Trim cable to dimensions shown, being careful not to nick center conductor. Tin center conductor (DO NOT OVER TIN). * Trim dielectric as shown for Belden Conformable cable only. 2. Using a 0,38 (.015) spacer, solder contact to center conductor. * Use 0,13 (.005) spacer on Belden Conformable cable only. 3. Slide cable into rear of body. Holding securely in this position, solder body to cable. 4. Insert into rear of bushing and tighten with a torque of 0,21 Nm (30 in. ozs.) CONTACT BODY BUSHING |
