Special care must be also taken on the value of the added external capacitor. Indeed, if this is chosen with an
excessive value and the serial resistance with a too small value, there is a risk of instability on the output of the
TSC213.
Driving large capacitive Cload
Increasing the load capacitance produces gain peaking in the frequency response, with overshoot and
ringing in the step response.
Figure 41 shows the serial resistors that must be added to the output, to make a system stable.
Figure 42 shows that the stability of the TSC213 can be improved when a load of 10k is added on the
output in order to source a small current.
