Tstg Output Load Topr Vout Vc Voltage Control Range ACT751T- 4 & ACT751VT-4 Specification Parameter Symbol Specification Condition The ACT751T/VT-4 is available in TCXO and VCTCXO versions, both of which are housed in a 7x5mm ceramic package, with a seam sealed metal lid, and mounted on a substrate, having external components. The metal lid is grounded via the base to assist with EMC issues and the pads are gold plated. The product is available in either loose quantities or taped and reeled packaging to cater for both low and high volume requirements. The devices are very suitable for a variety of Communications and Wireless Applications.
