Function
Default Conditions
R22, R23, VSET
VSET bias control. R22 and R23 form an optional resistor
divider network between VPOS and GND, allowing for a
fixed bias setting. See the Typical Performance
Characteristics section to choose the recommended VSET
control voltage for the desired frequency band.
R22, R23 = open (size 0402)
EPAD (EP)
Exposed paddle. Must be soldered to ground.
