Note 1. When using the XTAL clock, ask the oscillator manufacturer to evaluate oscillation of the oscillator. For the oscillation

stabilization time, see the evaluation result provided by the oscillator manufacturer.

Note 2. When using the EtherCAT slave controller, make sure that the clock timing satisfies 25.00 MHz ± 25 ppm.
