solutionforUHFreceiverimplementation.With

fewexternalcomponentsandlow-currentpower

consumptionfeatures,itprovidesanidealsolution

forlowcostandpower-sensitiveapplications,such

asfoundintheautomotiveandconsumerapplication

area.Thedevicecontainsalow-noiseamplifier,a

regenerativecircuit,anintegratedquenchcircuit

andbasebanddata-recoverycircuitry.Thedevice

isavailableinan8-pinSOP-EPpackagetypeand

specifiedforanextendedtemperaturerangeof-40°C

to+85°C.
