DESCRIPTION
The
A24C04 provides 4096 bits of Serial
E lectrically and P rogrammable Read O nly memory
(EEPROM), organized as 512 words of 8 bits each.
The device
’s cascadable feature allows up to four
devices to share a common 2 wire bus. This
d evise is optimized for use in many industrial and
commercial applications where l ow power and low
voltage operation are essential.
The
A 24C0 4 is available in SOP8, TSSOP8 , DFN8
and TSOT 25 packages operate from 1.7 V to 5.5V.
