Table 1 provides the absolute maximum ratings. 4.1.2 Recommended Operating Conditions Table 2 provides the recommended operating conditions for the MPC8245. Some voltage values do not apply to the 400-MHz parts. For details, refer to the hardware specifications addendum MPC8245ECSO2AD. Table 1. Functional and tested operating conditions are given in Table 2. Absolute maximum ratings are stress ratings only, and functional operation at the maximums is not guaranteed. Stress beyond those listed may affect device reliability or cause permanent damage to the device. 2. PCI inputs with LVDD = 5 V ± 5% V DC may be correspondingly stressed at voltages exceeding LVDD + 0.5 V DC. 3. Note that this temperature range does not apply to the 400 MHz parts.
