STATUS READ
The NM29N16SR automatically implements the execution and verification of the program and erase operations The status
read function is used to monitor the ReadyBusy status of the device determines the passfail result of a program or erase
operation and determines if the device is in a suspend or protect mode The device status is output through the IO port using
the RE clock after a ‘‘70H’’ command input The resulting information is outlined in Table V
