Direct the device to control or select contents of the registers from
0x20...0xDF

Set flag to perform distance or proximity measurement
with 8 bytes of data containing where including setting of
calibration (and algorithm state) configuration.
cmd_data7 = Bit mask which calibration/state data was
downloaded from the host to TMF8701 prior to setting
this command:
Bit 0 - dataFactoryCal: when 1 data from register 0x20
onward includes factory calibration
Bit 1 - dataAlgState: if set, also set dataFactoryCal=1. Data
from register 0x20 onwards includes factory calibration
and algorithm state.
cmd_data6… cmd_data0: Identical to command=0x03.
