Not tested in ATE - - 480 µA 5.2.5 VIO supply pin & SDO pin characteristics The VIO supply pin is used to feed SDO output driver. It can be connected either to 5 V or 3.3 V supply, in order to be compatible with different external I/O logic. In case of an overvoltage condition at the SDO output, the SDO driver is switched off and eventual back feeding current towards VIO is blocked. Once the over-voltage is removed from SDO-pin, the output is re-activated at NCS low-to-high transition. SDO overvoltage event is latched in SDO_OV_LATCH, cleared via SPI readout.
