On ROM out, fill the ROM area indicated below with 1s to create the same data size for the HD404364, HD40A4364, HD404368, HD40A4368, HD4043612 and HD40A43612 as a 16-kword version (HD404369, HD40A4369). The 16-kword data sizes are required to change ROM data to mask manufacturing data since the program used is for a 16-kword version. This limitation applies when using an EPROM or a data base.
